Shipping Policy
At Proudthread, we want you to understand the shipping costs and estimated delivery time before placing your order. Please review the details below.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders require 3–5 business days for processing before they are shipped. This time allows us to prepare your items for dispatch.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
3. Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is 7–9 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Estimated Total Delivery Time
Your estimated total delivery time includes both order processing and shipping:
- Order processing: 3–5 business days.
- Shipping transit: 7–9 business days.
- Estimated total delivery: 10–14 business days from the date your order is placed.
This delivery window is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
5. Shipping Fee
We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.00 USD per order for delivery within the United States.
The shipping fee is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
6. Shipping Address
Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order, including any apartment or unit number and the correct ZIP code.
If you notice an address error after ordering, email payment@proudthread.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
We will check whether an update is still possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
7. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and any available tracking information. We will review the shipment status and assist you with the next steps.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, check around your delivery location and with anyone who may have accepted it on your behalf. You can also contact the carrier for delivery details.
