Payment Policy
This policy explains payments, charges, and payment-related refunds for purchases from Proudthread.
1. Available Payment Methods
The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed at checkout. Select an available option and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
If your preferred method is not displayed, please contact payment@proudthread.com before ordering.
2. Currency and Order Total
Product prices and shipping charges are stated in US Dollars (USD).
Your checkout total includes the selected products, a flat shipping fee of $6.00 USD per order, any applicable taxes collected at checkout, and any eligible discount successfully applied.
Please review the total, product selections, personalization details, and shipping address before submitting payment.
If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or transaction fees. These charges are determined by your provider and are not collected by Proudthread.
3. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the amount displayed at checkout.
Payment must be successfully processed before your order proceeds to fulfillment. Your provider may request additional verification through its official payment or authentication channels.
4. Unsuccessful Payments
If a payment is declined, check your payment and billing information, complete any required authentication, or contact your payment provider. You may also try another available method.
If you are unsure whether a payment succeeded, check your email and payment account before submitting another order. Contact us if you need help checking the order status.
5. Pending or Duplicate Charges
A pending transaction may be a temporary authorization rather than a completed charge. Your bank or payment provider determines when pending authorizations are released or updated.
If you believe the same order was charged twice, email us with your order number, transaction dates, and amounts. Hide sensitive payment information in any screenshots.
We will review the transactions and arrange a correction if we identify a duplicate payment collected for the same purchase.
6. Payment Information Safety
Enter payment details only through checkout and the payment provider’s designated payment interface.
Do not email full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or authentication codes. If you receive an unexpected payment request claiming to be from Proudthread, contact us to verify it before taking action.

7. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including the 30-day return request window and personalized product exceptions.
For approved returns, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the returned item.
Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
We do not charge a restocking fee. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for return shipping responsibilities and instructions.
