Proudthread is an online store based in Lam Dong, Vietnam, offering apparel and other products displayed on our website. We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

2. Eligibility and Website Use

You must be legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement or make purchases with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the transaction.

You agree to provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. You must not submit fraudulent orders, use another person’s payment method without permission, introduce malicious software, interfere with website security, or infringe another person’s rights.

3. Product Information

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, available options, and customization details before ordering.

We aim to present products accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings. Minor variations do not remove your rights if an item is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

If an availability or product information issue affects your order, we will contact you to explain the available options.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices and shipping charges are stated in US Dollars (USD). Available payment methods and your order total are displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize the amount shown.

Prices may change for future purchases. We will not increase the price of a confirmed order without your agreement. If a pricing error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for a cancelled order.

5. Orders and Personalization

You are responsible for checking your contact information, shipping address, product selections, and personalization details before submitting an order.

For customized products, you confirm that you have permission to use any text, images, or other content you provide. You authorize us and our fulfillment partners to use that content as needed to prepare and fulfill your order.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the payment collected for unfulfilled items and associated shipping charges, as applicable.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping area: United States only.
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days.
  • Transit time: 7–9 business days.
  • Estimated total delivery: 10–14 business days from the date your order is placed.
  • Shipping fee: $6.00 USD per order.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you and provide delay or cancellation options, including a refund where required by applicable law.

7. Changes and Cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, email us promptly with your order number and the details of your request.

We will check whether the request can be accommodated. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun, particularly for personalized items. This does not restrict rights provided by applicable law.

8. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return for an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. Standard returns must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags.

Personalized products cannot be returned for a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrectly selected size. This restriction does not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the confirmed customization.

  • Proudthread covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Customers cover return shipping for eligible change-of-mind or wrong-size returns.
  • There is no restocking fee.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the return.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display a refund. Contact us for return approval and instructions before sending anything back.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, including original text, graphics, logos, and designs, belongs to Proudthread or its respective owners and licensors.

You may use the website for personal shopping. You may not reproduce or commercially distribute protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

You retain ownership of content supplied for personalization, subject to the limited permission needed to fulfill your order.

10. Third-Party Services

Payment, shipping, and other providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Our use of these providers does not remove our responsibilities under our policies or applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Website Availability and Liability

We aim to maintain an accessible and accurate website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will always be free from technical errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions or misuse.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes your rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered products.
